Jerusha Daniels is the Affordable Housing Principal at Grounded Solutions Network, a national nonprofit organization working to support and expand homeownership models with lasting affordability. She has more than 15 years of experience in the affordable housing development sector, supporting local programs to build strategies to collaborate and innovate. Before joining GSN, she gained experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and HUD preservation projects, managed CDBG rehabilitation programs, and underwrote pre-development and construction loans for CDFIs.

 

 

 

 

 

Colby Sledge is the Local Policy Principal at Grounded Solutions Network, a national nonprofit organization working to support and expand homeownership models with lasting affordability. Prior to joining Grounded Solutions, Colby served two four-year terms as a Metropolitan Nashville-Davidson County Councilmember, where he focused on affordable housing, land use and zoning reform, and transit expansion. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Metropolitan (Nashville) Development and Housing Agency.
