NCST SDP Partner, Cityscape Properties purchased this NSI First Look property from Fannie Mae in the Rosedale neighborhood of Baltimore County. Originally built in 1961, this four bedroom, two bath home underwent $30,000 in renovations. With just under 1500 sq. feet of living space, the home received an updated kitchen including new cabinets, countertops and appliances. Cityscape also updated the electrical wiring/paneling in the home. They also replaced carpet and tile throughout the home and refurbished the hard wood floors. New windows, doors and drywall were put up. Both bathrooms were updated and tub refurbished. The exterior of the home also received a little TLC taking the home’s existing overgrown landscape and trimming it back to make a beautiful facade.
The lucky new homeowner was income qualified between 80%-100% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The homebuyer was excited to find an affordable home that is convenient to all the major expressways including Pulaski Hwy and Intersate-95. Located near Redhouse Creek, this home is also very close to multiple parks including Holland, Garden Village and Rosedale parks making lots of nearby greenspace available to this homeowner.
