The recent practice changes that have taken place in residential real estate took effect on August 17, 2024. As a result, there have been many questions around how these changes effect sellers and buyers of residential real estate as well as real estate professionals that work with both parties. Nia Duggins and Deanne Rymarowicz will join us to help navigate the latest updates regarding the NAR Settlement.

Please join us as we learn more about how NAR continues to promote transparency in the marketplace while “working to ensure that consumers have access to comprehensive, equitable, transparent, and reliable property information, as well as the ability to have affordable professional representation in their real estate transactions.”
