NCST is excited to announce the promotion of Racquel Reddie to Vice President of Community Development. Racquel joined NCST in 2009 after previously working at Fannie Mae, Regions Bank, and Union Planters Bank. Over the past 14 years at NCST, Racquel has built a career driven by a passion for affordable housing, neighborhood preservation, capacity building and racial equity. In 2023 she was selected as a finalist for Housing and Education Alliance’s (HEA) Tom Zuniga Housing Education Award for her work in affordable housing programs in the Tampa, Florida area. In overseeing NCST’s community development initiatives, Racquel leads the DASH (Developing Affordable Starter Homes) program, the Acquisition Bridge Fund, the Middle Neighborhoods Initiative, and the organization’s engagement and outreach with our over 300-member community buyer network.
