Longtime NCST Buyer Partner, New Hope Community Development in Detroit, MI completed a major transformation on this Freddie Mac NSI First Look property located in Pontiac, Michigan. Originally built in 1929, this 1436 square foot bungalow style home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms underwent just over $53,000 in renovations. New Hope updated the kitchen with all new shaker style cabinets, granite tops and premium stainless steel appliances. They also refurbished the hardwood floors and added new flooring and paint throughout. Updated plumbing/electrical were completed along with the installation of new windows and doors. New Hope also updated the bathroom with custom tile and a new vanity top.
Renovations continued into the basement which received dry lock waterproofing, new paint, and an updated bathroom. Final exterior touches included a new deck, new garage door and driveway repairs making this a complete transformation. New Hope not only completed a phenomenal rehab on this property but also overcame a number of challenges due to COVID to make this a success.
